  • CHEF JAMIE SYDNEY

    Celebrity chef Jamie Sydney and has spent her life passionately working in the all areas of food industry. From head chef and manager of fine food stores in Brooklyn and San Francisco, to being the long time chef to Celebrity Tommy Hilfiger.  A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in 2001, she started an in-house cooking school and was featured twice on the front page of the New York Times. In addition to being a successful and well know caterer in Fairfield County Connecticut, she has made numerous tv appearances, runs a meal delivery business, and consultes for restaurants and cafes.

    Meet Chef Greg. At 18, He launched his culinary career as a sous chef at Marriott, mastering the demands of high-volume, precision-driven kitchens. Fueled by a passion for culinary artistry, Chef Greg advanced through several restaurants, from high-end establishments to fast-casual venues, honing his skills across diverse cuisines and dining experiences. Each role sharpened his ability to innovate and deliver exceptional quality under pressure. Eager for a unique challenge, he transitioned into yacht cheffing, crafting bespoke menus for discerning clients on luxurious voyages. He later took on a role as a culinary consultant, guiding restaurants to elevate their menus and streamline operations. Today, Chef Greg has returned to his passion for high-end catering, creating unforgettable culinary experiences for elite clientele at exclusive events.

  • CHEF NICK PETERSON

    With over twenty years in the culinary industry, Chef Nick Peterson has built a career defined by versatility, creativity, and a dedication to the craft of cooking. A graduate with honors of Virginia College’s Culinary Arts program, Chef Nick has the solid foundation of classical French techniques.

    Over the years, Chef Nick has worked in a diverse array of kitchens – from fast paced breakfast houses and bustling NYC diners to refined steakhouses and authentic Italian restaurants. Along the way, Chef Nick trained under many accomplished chefs, discovering a passion for exploring a wide spectrum of cuisines, gaining experience with different cooking philosophies, styles, and disciplines. Each stop along his journey added a new layer of perspective, sharpening both technical skill and creative vision.

    Drawing from this wide array of experience, Chef Nick now curates a cuisine that is uniquely his own – blending classic, down-home comfort with innovative infused dishes. Chef Nick respects tradition while embracing new ideas. His approach highlights bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a deep connection between food, family, community, and love.

    Today, with more than two decades of cooking in and running kitchens, Chef Nick continues to strive to evolve as both a craftsman and storyteller through food, using his cuisine as a way to share experiences and create memorable moments around the table.
